Instructions for using square lithium iron phosphate batteries - must-read for beginners

⚠️ Important Safety Tips ⚠️

Lithium iron phosphate batteries require correct operation and expertise for safe handling. Failure to follow safety guidelines may result in fire, explosion, serious injury, and property damage. Please read this tip carefully.

General Safety Guidelines

✔ Purchase and use LiFePO4 batteries only after you fully understand the safety knowledge of lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries.
✔ You must use a compatible LiFePO4 charger to charge, and avoid using the wrong charger to damage the battery.
✔ Store the battery in a dry and cool environment, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.
✔ Use in accordance with the manufacturer's listed specifications and in a protected battery pack.
✔ Make sure you use the battery management system (BMS) correctly to ensure safety and service life.
✔ Make sure the cell voltage and capacity are consistent before use (the capacity difference between cells does not exceed 5Ah).
✔ Dealers must provide these warnings to all customers who complete the purchase.

🚫 Prohibited Uses & Handling

⛔ Do not short-circuit, puncture, cut, crush, incinerate or modify the battery.
⛔ If the battery casing is damaged, swollen or leaking, stop using it immediately.
⛔ Do not expose the battery to harsh conditions such as water, extreme heat or direct sunlight.
⛔ Do not connect them in series or parallel without ensuring that the battery voltage is balanced.
⛔ Do not directly weld the battery terminals - the battery pack assembly process can only use spot welding or busbar connection.
⛔ Do not overcharge or discharge - this will cause damage to the battery structure and shorten its service life.
